About Us

Jack McClelland - Founder

In early 2019 I was rejected in a job interview, because despite a strong track record, I couldn’t explain why I was successful. That experience set me on a path to deep dive into my own methods, pushing me to analyse what worked, what didn’t, and why.

Through this process, I expanded my research, studying top-performing Salespeople across industries. I discovered that while traditional Sales training and principles provide a foundation, success is highly individual. Different personalities, communication styles and company cultures all play a role in shaping an effective Sales approach.

That journey led to Two Step Sales—an approach to optimizing Sales strategies in a way that aligns with the unique strengths of individuals and teams. By understanding what drives success, we help companies make meaningful, course-correcting changes to their Sales processes.
